This extremely surreal, experimental project came from the minds of 9 different filmmakers. Broken into an assortment of groups we set out to gather the assigned shots for this class project. I was the lead editor and compiled everyone's edits into the aesthetic of a degraded recording of someone flipping through channels.
I also led one of the groups to shoot and direct a series of shots of a silhouette staring intensely at a tree with varying degrees of head space as per the assignment. It's weird, I know.
These shots can be found at: :11, 1:28, 3:13, and 6:26.

Co-Director, lead editor, sound design and project manager - Tristen Rouse

I also created a DVD menu that incorporated data-moshing techniques to tie into the final project.
